The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in commercial and contract law, with at least 2 years of experience in legal roles within the iGaming industry. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, providing legal support to internal teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Fluent English is required and Spanish is desirable. This role promotes independence in a fast-growing, remote environment.

Basher is looking for Legal professional to join our international team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in commercial and contract law and interest in building a career within the iGaming and digital entertainment industry.

We are looking for a hands-on legal profile with real operational experience in contracts and business support.

🔹Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and support negotiation of commercial contracts (service agreements, influencer & talent contracts, NDAs, partnerships, sponsorships, vendor agreements).
• Support internal teams (Business Development, Operations, Administration, HR) with legal guidance and risk awareness.

Assist in contract lifecycle management (renewals, amendments, expirations).

• Identify legal risks and support mitigation strategies.
• Support compliance and regulatory matters related to iGaming (desirable).
• Maintain legal documentation and contract repositories.
• Assist in dispute handling and contract breaches if needed.
• Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and leadership teams.

🔹Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in legal roles within the iGaming industry.
• Background in commercial and contract law.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Fluent English (required).
• Spanish is desirable, but not mandatory
• Strong contract drafting and review skills.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-growing, remote company.
• Strong professional ethics and communication skills.
