About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Optical Engineering to lead our R&D efforts in developing cutting-edge near-eye displays.

• As a Senior Optical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom optical elements using ferroelectric liquid crystals (FLCs).
• You will also act as a technical advisor on external projects with industrial and academic partners.
• Support the transition from R&D phase to production at scale.
• Collaborate with our patent attorney to draft patents for inventions generated during the R&D process.
