What You’ll Do
  • Enhance segmentation data in Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce for prioritized accounts
  • Qualify leads from events and online demand generation campaigns
  • Support local promotional campaigns and telemarketing projects to generate opportunities
  • Improve customer profiling data and ensure accurate, up-to-date contact details
  • Collaborate with telesales and inside sales teams to convert leads into opportunities
  • Conduct lead qualification via phone or online channels, including online chats
What We’re Looking For
  • Native or fluent in French, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good proficiency in English (B2 or higher)
  • Eligible to live and work in Spain without restrictions
  • Strong IT literacy and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Customer-focused, dependable, and motivated to achieve objectives
