Formación

• 6+ years of senior/lead-level game design experience.
• Strong comfort with Unreal Engine (ideally UE5).
• Deep understanding of core design principles.
• Experience guiding or mentoring other designers.
• Ability to work with Subject Matter Experts.
• Interest in learning/instructional design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Organized and reliable in fast-moving environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the game design discipline and mentor other designers.
• Translate product vision into engaging gameplay.

• Shape UX, pacing, and narrative flow.
