Role

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate Lead Web Developer to join our fast-growing team at Moneturn.

In this role, you’ll work hands-on across a wide range of projects, from building backend APIs and data infrastructure to crafting and optimising frontend WordPress websites. You’ll play a key part in unlocking the full potential of our platforms and shaping the way our systems are designed and operated.

We’re looking for someone with deep technical expertise, a love for solving complex problems, and a passion for building high-performance web applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead web development efforts at Moneturn, driving projects from concept to deployment.
• Design innovative solutions to tackle new and evolving challenges.
• Establish frameworks and architecture to create scalable, stable development foundations.
• Write, test, and maintain highly performant, clean, and reliable code.
• Collaborate closely with management and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features and improvements.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
• Take a hands-on approach to every aspect of your work, from ideation to implementation.

Requirements

• Experience working with a modern, component driven framework (i.e. React)
• Experience building responsive websites utilising a framework such as TailwindCSS
• Have knowledge and experience working with Typescript
• Experience working with Bigquery and SQL
• Strong knowledge of the latest developments in the Javascript language and community
• Experience working with WordPress and building themes & plugins
