Formación

• 6–8+ years in automation / AI operations, RevOps, or product-oriented ops.
• Hands-on with workflow automation and API integrations across HubSpot and Jira.
• Familiarity with LLM / RAG patterns and experimentation methods.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business rules into robust, testable logic.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and clear technical writing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the triage automation lifecycle and improve workflows.
• Partner with Product/Engineering on CPQ and reduce delivery time.
• Implement RFI–RFP assistant and improve retrieval quality.
• Build lightweight automations for Delivery ops and define reliability SLOs.
• Maintain runbooks and drive the automation roadmap.
