A global packaging solutions leader seeks a Labour Relations Specialist in Alcira, Spain. The role focuses on providing expert support for HR policies and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. The Labour Relations specialist provides technical expert support as the main point of contact for people managers based in the Plant. In lock with such scope, the Labour Relations specialist will be the main point of contact for daily Labour Relations topics for the population in scope.
The job holder will be responsible to implement HR policies, procedures and programs and provide support in monitoring and implementing the legal and regulatory obligations and ensure full compliance with all laws and national collective agreement for the managed population.
