A research institution in Spain is looking for a professional to support biological research projects. Responsibilities include preparing cells, collecting and processing samples. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor degree and experience in cell culture, molecular biology techniques, and group work. Good English language skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Support projects by preparing cells, samples, and experimental models.
• Collect samples from patients and experimental animals.
• Storage, sorting, and processing of samples.

Conocimientos

Proven experience in cell culture

GCP certificate

Experience in flow cytometer

Demonstrable experience in cell proliferation and viability assays

Handling of mesenchymal stem cells (Isolation, characterization, ...)

Experience in common molecular biology techniques: PCR, digital PCR, electrophoresis, ELISA

Extraction of nucleic acids

Control of samples and databases

Demonstrable group work

Inclusion in scientific publications with impact factor

Educación

Bachelor Degree or equivalent

The work will consist of supporting projects arising from the RICOR implications of the group by taking care of the preparation of cells, samples and experimental models between the various experimental groups, collection of samples from patients and experimental animals, storage, sorting and processing of samples.

Skills/Qualifications

• Proven experience in cell culture
• GCP certificate
• Demonstrable experience in cell proliferation and viability assays
• Handling of mesenchymal stem cells (Isolation, characterization, ...)
• Experience in common molecular biology techniques: PCR, digital PCR, electrophoresis, ELISA, plasma nucleic acid isolation, flow cytometry
