About The Role

As a face of XCEED for our Spanish clients, you’ll be responsible for managing, nurturing, and expanding relationships across a portfolio of clubs, festivals, and organizers. Your mission is to ensure every client gets maximum value from XCEED, while spotting opportunities to grow their business and ours.


This is a hands‑on role at the intersection of music, events, and technology. You’ll balance relationship‑building with data‑driven insight, making sure our partners feel supported, understood, and excited to work with us. More than a Key Account Manager, you’ll be a strategic partner – anticipating client needs, bringing structure to their operations, and helping them achieve commercial success with XCEED.



What Will You Do


  • Own client relationships: act as the trusted partner for our high‑value clubs, festivals, and organizers, driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction.

  • Onboard and educate: deliver smooth onboarding and clear training, empowering clients to use XCEED PRO with confidence.

  • Support and problem‑solve: provide timely, structured support, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

  • Renew and grow accounts: manage renewals with a focus on retention and upsell, identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.

  • Analyze performance: monitor and report on client activity, using insights to improve results for both the client and XCEED.

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally: work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing and Finance to ensure clear alignment and deliver initiatives that meet client needs.



The Skills You Bring


  • Proven client management experience: ideally in music, ticketing, events, or SaaS.

  • Exceptional communication: able to listen deeply, adapt your tone, and present solutions clearly and persuasively to different stakeholders.

  • Structured and proactive: skilled at managing multiple priorities with discipline, anticipating client needs rather than just reacting.

  • Commercial acumen: confident in identifying revenue opportunities and balancing client needs with business goals.

  • Analytical mindset: comfortable using data to drive decisions, with proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and CRMs (ideally Pipedrive).

  • Fluency in Spanish and English: additional languages are a plus.

  • Resilience and flexibility: available to support clients when they need you, including evenings or weekends if necessary around key events.

  • Team player: you bring humility, reliability, passion, and a good sense of humour!
