We’re hiring a Junior Product Manager with an analytical mindset, curiosity, and a passion for building products from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in driving the digital transformation of the industry and the evolution of our platform.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the product based on data, user feedback, and market analysis.
• Analyze and solve issues related to product performance and user experience.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy in product decision-making.
• Troubleshoot product development blockers with tech and business teams.
• Maintain product documentation following Zenova’s methodology.
• Collaborate with operational teams to align product strategy and execution.

Reports to : Lead Product Manager – Residential

Performance review : Semiannual, based on objectives

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Engineer.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Amplitude, etc.) and ability to extract insights.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a user-first approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional environments.
• Proactive and organized in dynamic settings.

Nice to have :

• Knowledge of design tools (Figma, Sketch).
• Experience in startups or scale-ups within Product, Tech, or Data.
• Technical knowledge (APIs, no-code tools, databases, Python).
