What's your mission?

You’ll be responsible for managing bank accounting, handling taxes, and supporting employee expense processes. Your role is key to keeping everything accurate and on track within our Finance team.

🛠️ Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

• Post and reconcile bank transactions in SAP.
• Manage currency operations with banks.
• Record employee expense invoices.
• Keep departmental documentation organized and filed.
• Support external audits.
• Handle cash counts and reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly closings.
• Prepare and submit tax filings.
• Collaborate with the Finance team and other group companies.
• Provide administrative support on legal matters for Corporate Services.

✅ What you need to shine in this role

• A degree in Administration and Finance, such as Business Administration or a similar field.
• Around 2 years of experience in a similar role as an administrative and accounting technician.
• Previous experience working with SAP and advanced knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite will be valued.
• B2 level of English to communicate with accounting teams in subsidiaries.
• Experience in preparing and submitting taxes will be valued.
