Formación

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers.
  • Handle queries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve issues related to products, orders, accounts, or technical concerns.
  • Adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
  • Work collaboratively with team leaders and quality teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.

Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
