Main responsibilities:

• Analysis and refactoring of applications in Delphi
• Functional analysis and migration planning to Java
• Project management and reporting
• Client meetings for requirements, closures, and risk management
• Agile management using JIRA as Scrum Master and Product Owner
• Lifecycle coordination of tasks and team leadership
• Support in functional analysis, prototyping, and testing

Candidate requirements:

Mandatory: University degree in Informatics or related fields (Diploma, Technical Engineer, or equivalent)

Post-Bolonia: Degree (Level 2 MECES / Level 6 EQF) in Engineering, Computer Science, or Sciences

Alternative: Higher Vocational Training in Application Development + 24 months experience as Functional Analyst

Minimum professional experience:

• 3 years as a Functional Analyst
• 1 year in data modeling

Valuable experience:

• Up to 36 months in Delphi or similar environments
• Up to 12 months in PL/SQL and data modeling tools like Erwin Data Modeler
• Up to 36 months managing systems including digital signatures, document management, version control, automation, integration, and security
