Context of the Position:

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with a strong focus on Jakarta EE (JEE) technologies and modern frameworks. You will play a central role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications that support our digital solutions for the automotive sector.

Title: Software Engineer

Your Responsibilities:

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and developing robust backend services using Jakarta EE technologies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software.
• Ensuring performance, scalability, and security of applications.
• Participating in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration activities.
• Supporting the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment and maintenance.

️️ What We are Looking For:

Languages: Fluent in English language. German is a super plus, but not mandatory.

• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills in an agile and multicultural team environment.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Java 8+ and Jakarta EE technologies.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Familiarity with tools like Maven/Gradle, Git and IDEs like Eclipse or IntelliJ.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservice architectures.
