IT Project Manager

Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer): Lead project management activities for the system and/or changes implementation, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the agreed scope and quality.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Create and maintain comprehensive project plans and strategies for managing project constraints.
  2. Coordinate internal resources and third parties to ensure activities are executed effectively.
  3. Track project progress and implement corrective actions when needed.
  4. Facilitate project meetings, ensuring stakeholders are regularly updated on progress, risks, and issues to support informed decision-making.
  5. Align and collaborate with other project managers to ensure deliverables are aligned.
  6. Manage the transition and cut-over process from development to staging and production environments.
  7. Manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and develop mitigation and escalation plans.
  8. Ensure adherence to project frameworks and best practices in project management.
  9. Capture and drive lessons learned throughout the project.

Qualifications:

  • Project Management accreditation (PMI, Prince2, others); ITIL, MSP desirable but not essential.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing large-scale IT deployments.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
