Formación

  • Strong knowledge of Linux and shell scripting.
  • Knowledge of Transact (T24) and Automic (UC4) Scheduling.
  • Ability to write documentation and troubleshoot effectively.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled jobs.
  • Maintain production and test environments.
  • Resolve incidents from the Global IT-Service Desk.

As a member of the “IT Core Operations” team, ensure smooth running of jobs and interfaces, e.g. applications or databases. Responsibilities include monitoring , start and stop of jobs, queues, processes and perform deployments. YOUR CHALLENGE
  • Ensure smooth running of processes and interfaces

  • Execute and supervise the close of business

  • Maintaining production and test environments

  • Deployment of artefacts in Production and test environments

  • Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled jobs

  • Automate tasks where ever possible

  • Resolves and closes incidents /service requests from Global IT-Service Desk as per procedures & allocated timelines

  • Provides first-line investigation and diagnosis

  • Escalates unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales

  • Logs relevant incident/service request details per help desk procedures

  • Complete daily and periodic checklists

  • Produce IT reporting (KPIs) to IT Management

YOUR PROFILE
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and shell scripting

  • Knowledge of Transact (T24), Automic (UC4) Scheduling

  • Knowledge of jBoss and oracle will be considered as an advantage

  • Strong Troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to write technical support documentation

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills

  • Fluent written and verbal skills in English, Spanish is a plus

  • Willingness to work flexible hours/Shifts/weekends when needed

  • Initiative and Team player

  • Excellent customer interface skills

  • Good interpersonal communication skills

  • Understanding of customer satisfaction principles and practices

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations

  • Strong communications skills, both written and oral
