Formación

• Experience in infrastructure support for local and remote users.
• Troubleshooting desktop operating systems and supporting MS Office.
• Familiarity with GMP rules and GxP computerized system applications.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure.
• Diagnose issues with end-user application software.
• Support core infrastructure and manage work queue.

Conocimientos

General infrastructure installation, support and maintenance

General MS applications troubleshooting

Ability to manage multiple reported incidents

Educación

Certification in infrastructure technology

MS Engineer or equivalent qualification

Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
