This role involves managing the IT team, overseeing implementations of Business Central and Salesforce, and ensuring system security. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science, at least 5 years of IT management experience, and be fluent in both Spanish and English. Responsibilities

• Lead SuanNutra's global IT strategy and operations.
• Manage and coach the IT team (support & development).
• Oversee Business Central and Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
• Drive development of our analytic tool, Qlik Sense.
• Manage outsourced IT providers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with Marketing to build and manage intranet, corporate website, and related platforms.
• Collaborate with HR to develop IT solutions supporting employee systems and processes.
• Ensure system security, data integrity, and global IT support.
• Lead IT projects from planning to delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT management roles.
• Expertise in Microsoft Business Central and Salesforce.
• Strong project management skills and experience in international environments.
• Experience with outsourced IT services.
• Preferred: knowledge of Qlik Sense or other BI tools.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written & spoken).
