A leading geospatial technology company in Madrid is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth by connecting with potential clients and developing new business opportunities across Europe. The role requires 1-3 years of sales experience, strong communication skills in English and another language, and familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce. This position offers a stable contract, continuous training, and a hybrid working model.

Formación

As an Inside Sales Representative for Digital Realty Cloud Software Solutions, you’ll be at the heart of our business growth connecting with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and introducing them to the power of our cloud and geospatial technologies. You’ll focus on developing new business across Europe and work closely with our sales and business development teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Reporting to the Commercial Regional Director, you will be a key player in our sales team, contributing to the overall success and expansion of our business. This role offers continuous learning, personalized training, and real opportunities to grow your career in sales within a global tech organization.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Manage leads and opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking, lead creation, and conversion of sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and follow up on leads, complete basic proposals, customer quoting, and order processing.
  • Collaborate closely with the field sales team to move larger opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Lead generation for the regional Sales Executives.
  • Evaluate and maintain channel pipeline accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Support customers with billing or service‑related issues, coordinating with internal departments.
  • Continuously research market trends to uncover and develop new business potential.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of proven sales or business development experience, ideally in SaaS, Cloud, or AEC markets.
  • Strong communication skills in English and one additional European language (German, French, or Spanish).
  • Experience using CRM specifically Salesforce.
  • Experience selling enterprise SaaS, reality capture software, or into the AEC market is preferred.
  • Structured onboarding and continuous sales training.
  • Clear professional growth path within a global tech leader.
