A global transportation company is looking for a full-time Industrial & Continuous Improvement Engineer in Madrid. The role involves implementing lean manufacturing tools and standardizing maintenance processes while working with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates should have a university degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience, with a strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and proficiency in English.

Could you be the full-time Industrial & Continuous Improvement Engineer in Madrid (Pinto) we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your knowledge and experience in developing continuous improvement methodology in Services Operations. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You will implement and apply lean manufacturing tools in projects executed by Services as well as the implementation of execution tools developed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial Team, Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Project Managers), collaborate to the implementation of the Digital Transformation roadmap and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of establishing the way forward in the execution of the activity, but also collaborate to meet the objectives established by the management for Maintenance Projects.
We’ll look to you for:
Implement and apply lean manufacturing tools in projects executed by Services as well as the implementation of execution tools developed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance.
Standardization of processes
Notify incidents / near misses that affect Railway Safety to its hierarchical superior and EHS managers.
Develop continuous improvement map / standardization of maintenance exams-activities
Management of main KPIs.
Improvement in the efficiency of the processes
Work with the production department to make decissions based on the data analysis.
