Formación

Overview

Indirect Procurement Associate Manager – IT & Telecommunications (Europe) – Stryker, Madrid, Spain. Join a global Indirect Procurement team and take ownership of IT & Telecommunications procurement initiatives across Europe. Partner with European stakeholders and global category leaders to deliver cost efficiencies, enhance supplier performance, and ensure best-in-class procurement practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT & Telecom categories in partnership with stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations, competitive bids, and contract management for regional suppliers.
• Support local buyers with supplier contracting, ensuring compliance with global standards.
• Strengthen supplier relationships to drive performance, innovation, and risk reduction.
• Partner with Commercial Europe spend owners and Finance to align procurement with business needs.
• Act as the European voice in global tenders, ensuring regional requirements are considered.
• Lead regular reviews with stakeholders to track progress and share best practices.
• Ensure adherence to global procurement policies, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
• Support team-driven projects that foster continuous improvement and excellence in procurement.

Your profile

• Master’s degree and / or Certified Purchasing Manager (or equivalent).
• At least 7 years of experience in indirect procurement with IT and Telecommunication suppliers.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience working in international companies with roles of international large-scale impact.
