The successful candidate will manage order logistics, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain communication with teams globally. The role requires a BA in Logistics and 1 year of relevant experience. At Revelyst, we're looking for an Inbound Logistics Analyst to join our dynamic team and ensure the seamless coordination of inbound stock from our global vendors. In this role, you’ll be a key player in making sure our products arrive on time, supporting operational excellence and driving efficiency across our supply chain.

The purpose of this position is to :
  • Plan and coordinate the importation of bulk production stock from vendors to the 3PL warehouses.
  • Ensure goods are on time for the release date and that delivery information is accurate and updated.
What are the essential requirements for this position?
  • BA degree or equivalent in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 1 year of logistics/administration or logistics/operations experience, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods industry or Retail/Fashion/Sports.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to challenges.
  • Effective written, oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Skilled in traffic activities and daily operations (Commodity Codes, Import procedures, Bill of lading, Certificates of origin, etc.).
  • High proficiency in Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Advanced level of English for daily communication with vendors, Global HQ, and warehouses.
What will be your day-to-day responsibilities?
  • Maintain a follow-up file with all current open orders and update shipment information.
  • Manage order booking on the forwarder's portal and send delivery schedules to warehouses.
  • Liaise with Global Production Planning Team and Vendors to ensure ex-factory dates are met and correct shipping documentation is provided.
  • Update PO delivery dates in SAP and inform relevant teams of important changes.
  • Provide clearance instructions to the freight forwarder.
  • Create ASNs for warehouse receipt of shipments.
  • Ensure stock is correctly received into SAP.
  • Verify import invoices (commercial invoice, freight, duty) and submit to accounting.
  • Log and report vendor compliance issues or shipment discrepancies.
