A global agrochemical company is seeking an Iberia Marketing Intelligence Trainee in Barcelona. This internship entails supporting digital projects, analyzing market data, and managing databases for a duration of 6 to 12 months. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business analytics or related field, excellent project management skills, and fluency in English, with a knowledge of Portuguese being advantageous. Responsibilities

• Support in the management of digital projects (Trapview, Skiipy Scout, SalesForce, Secuestro de carbono, etc).
• Merchandising orders and shipping.
• Elaboration of marketing process flowcharts.
• Creation of order POs of the Iberia marketing department through SAP.
• Portfolio and Project data Management support.
• Business data, collection and processing.
• Support in analytics and data reporting.
• Data warehouse and database maintenance.
• Market data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business analytics, data science, marketing, business administration or equivalent combination of education.
• Background in Agriculture is a plus.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent database and project management.
• Good database management skills (Excel, Pivot Tables, I, others as plus, eg : Qlik, Power BI)
• Ability to manage and interpret data, identify trend and provide insights.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to be autonomous and fast learner.
• Able to sign an internship agreement with University / Business School.
• Residence in Barcelona is a must.
