A global technology leader in Madrid seeks a Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify customers in hospitality for their PMS products. This role involves researching potential clients, initiating contact, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments while maintaining a CRM system. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, fluency in French and Spanish, and a customer-oriented mindset. The position offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office.

Formación

  • First experience in sales or customer acquisition is a plus.
  • Independent and structured way of working.
  • Confident handling of CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

  • Identify and research potential customers in defined target markets.
  • Initiate contact with leads via phone, email, and social media.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM system with relevant information.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize campaigns.
  • Participate in sales meetings and report on activities regularly.
