Candidates should have at least 1 year of IT support experience and be skilled in troubleshooting hardware and software. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support roles.
• Good experience in troubleshooting IT incidents and hardware.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide local Helpdesk support in Madrid.
• Maintain hardware and software in Windows and MacOS environments.
• Perform network debugging.
• Diagnose and repair devices and peripherals.
• Provide on-site and remote support for issue resolution.
• Document and organize technology assets.
• Advise on the purchase and renewal of technological equipment.
