Formación

• 2+ years of experience in cloud support, DevOps, or system administration roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.
• Proficient with Linux-based systems, shell scripting, and debugging system-level issues.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Good knowledge of automation and scripting.
• Familiarity with identity and access management, including SSO and SAML protocols.
• Experience in customer-facing support environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of Tier-2 issues through deep technical troubleshooting.
• Investigate and resolve complex incidents across cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve customer environments.
• Enhance and maintain monitoring and observability.
• Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) environments.
• Automate recurring support tasks using scripting languages.
• Ensure high availability and performance across customer systems.
• Maintain internal documentation and customer-facing runbooks.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
