A leading HR services firm is seeking an HR Manager to join their team remotely. The ideal candidate will manage talent acquisition, culture development, and training for clients. Fluency in both French and English is mandatory, along with 1-2 years of relevant HR experience. The position offers a freelance contract with a starting package of €2,500 and provides an opportunity to work with diverse clients.

Formación

Role Description

We are looking for our next HR Manager to join our growing team

Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: talent scouting, shortlisting, HR interviews, and recruitment process coordination
  • Culture & Retention: culture development, employee engagement, and internal relations management
  • Learning & Development: onboarding management, internal knowledge management, and core skills training

You will be responsible for 2 to 4 clients, with high exposure to their management team.

Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English mandatory
  • Experience in recruitment or HR-related space (at least 1-2 years)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Rigorous with high attention to details
  • Bonus: you have worked in an agency and handled several clients (you are a people pleaser)
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • Open to beginners with willingness to learn and grow
