Responsabilidades

  • Own the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
  • Manage employment contracts and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
  • Handle HR administration including employee records and policy updates.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Lead for a seamless handover.
  • Partner with executives to understand needs and priorities.
  • Design and manage employee benefits.
  • Support managers with day-to-day HR queries.
  • Collaborate on process improvements for HR efficiency.

The Role

We seek an HR Manager with a generalist mindset and startup agility, responsible for onboarding, contracts, HR administration, compliance, and benefits.

You'll work closely with executives and leaders, managing relationships, building trust, and handling high expectations in a positive, solutions-focused way.

Experience with employer branding or HRBP-style work is a plus, but not required – you'll have room to grow into those areas if interested.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth, engaging experience for new hires.
  • Manage employment contracts and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
  • Handle HR administration (employee records, leave tracking, policy updates).
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Lead to ensure seamless handover from hiring to onboarding.
  • Partner with executives and managers to understand needs and priorities.
  • Own employee benefits design, management, and improvement.
  • Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries.
  • Collaborate with leadership on process improvements to make HR more efficient.
