A leading technology firm in Córdoba seeks a HUB Product Line Planning & Fulfillment Expert to enhance processes in the Planning and Fulfillment HUB. Responsibilities include driving demand planning accuracy, facilitating S&OP meetings, and cross-country collaboration. Overview

The Opportunity: Our Planning and Fulfillment HUB in Europe we are looking for a: HUB Product Line Planning & Fulfillment Expert. Currently P&F HUB give service to Power Transformers, Insulation and Components and Distribution Transformers. Working very closely with the designated factories (6 at the same time), reinforcing maturity in processes for Planning and Fulfillment, currently the business is pushing to increase the maturity level in the Sales and Operations Planning process. On site support would be needed.

Responsibilities

• Consistent support and review of unconstrained demand plan and finished goods rationalization in close coordination with relevant functions. Measure, report and drive improvement of demand planning accuracy; and coherence in the graph Load vs. Capacity.
• Facilitate with the local team the S&OP review meetings; ensuring that it is coherent with the guideline process of S&OP process.
• Work and engage closely with the P&F structures in the locations assigned to clean roles and responsibilities and empower communication synergies among the value chain.
• Detect and train the P&F local team in management information and proactive communication to respond in the most diplomatic way to customer requests concerning current orders.
• Collaborate with the P&F team to move from firefighting to preventive processes.
• Act as an agent of control during crisis situations, implementing countermeasures to control the situation and guiding solutions to address root causes so as not to fight the same opportunity twice.
• Support and promote the forecast material process.
• Work with factories to start moving toward digitalization solutions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Organizational Systems Organization, Strategic Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar field.
• Planning and Fulfillment Manager background required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system is required.
• Good time management and task prioritization, self-motivation, curiosity, collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
• Team player with ability to work across different countries, high accountability, cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality long-term solutions.
