About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in driving HR software implementation across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR departments to map processes, design concepts, compare solutions and plan integrations for HR systems landscape.
  • Develop, maintain, configure and further develop existing HR systems SAP SuccessFactors focusing on Performance & Goals, Succession Management and Calibration modules.
  • Provide technical guidance to specialist departments on analyzing and defining HR processes.
  • Manage external consultants and sub-project management tasks.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience designing configuring and further developing SAP SuccessFactors with proven expertise in Performance & Goals, Succession Management and Calibration.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR process knowledge especially in performance management, succession planning and calibration processes.
  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable professional qualification.
  • Excellent English skills; German is an additional benefit.
  • A strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration across departments.
Additional Skills and Experience
  • Knowledge of RBP Role-Based Permission for secure and compliant access management across HR processes.
  • Experience working with People Analytics within SuccessFactors to turn HR data into meaningful business insights.
  • Familiarity with UKG HR Service Delivery Suite to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.
