About the Role
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in driving HR software implementation across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR departments to map processes, design concepts, compare solutions and plan integrations for HR systems landscape.
- Develop, maintain, configure and further develop existing HR systems SAP SuccessFactors focusing on Performance & Goals, Succession Management and Calibration modules.
- Provide technical guidance to specialist departments on analyzing and defining HR processes.
- Manage external consultants and sub-project management tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience designing configuring and further developing SAP SuccessFactors with proven expertise in Performance & Goals, Succession Management and Calibration.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR process knowledge especially in performance management, succession planning and calibration processes.
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable professional qualification.
- Excellent English skills; German is an additional benefit.
- A strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration across departments.
Additional Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of RBP Role-Based Permission for secure and compliant access management across HR processes.
- Experience working with People Analytics within SuccessFactors to turn HR data into meaningful business insights.
- Familiarity with UKG HR Service Delivery Suite to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.
