I am Beatrice, the HR Director for France and Spain. I am looking to hire our HR Manager to build and develop our HR organization and participate in our growth in Spain.

Your Missions :
  1. Build an HR department in an international company within a growing context, with support from the HR Director and the French HR team.
  2. Lead and manage teams, collaborating with Carlota, our Training and Development leader.
  3. Act as HRBP close to the business, managing a team of 70 employees.
  4. Manage payroll operations with an external provider.
  5. Oversee administration processes: implement and optimize HR policies, procedures, legal compliance, and negotiate collective agreements.
  6. Lead major HR projects such as implementing a time management software and an HRIS, with support from the French and European teams.
  7. Support change management initiatives and promote communication during transitions.
  8. Plan, organize, and execute HR-related projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Candidate Profile :

You have 3-5 years of expertise in payroll and legal topics, with initial but significant experience in team leadership and project management (2-3 years). You seek autonomy and support to build your career, desire to work in an international environment, and want visibility in HR career development.

Position Details :

Location: Barcelona Office – Remote work: 2 days/week – Permanent contract

Candidate Requirements :

3-5 years' experience in a similar role, especially in payroll, legal, and management; proficiency with HR tools; professional English; French is a plus.
