The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Law, 5 years of experience in labor law, and strong communication skills. The role involves drafting legal documents, supporting HR teams, and delivering training. This position is full-time, focused on providing legal advice and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on employment law matters across Spain and Italy, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Draft, review, and update employment contracts, policies, and internal procedures in line with local legislation.
• Support HR teams and management on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Monitor changes in labour laws and proactively communicate implications to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on cross-border employment issues, expatriation, and international assignments.
• Conduct legal risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
• Deliver training and workshops on employment law topics to HR and management teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field
• 5 years’ experience in labour law, with a strong focus on Spain and Italy
• Proven track record in handling employment law cases and providing practical legal advice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment
• Languages : Spanish (C2), Italian (C2), English (conversational)
• Well-versed in AI today, mastering different tools and generative AI, with a strong interest in learning more about this subject
