The role is open to candidates from major technology environments, including startups, and does not require direct experience in the banking sector.

Description :

The Human Resources Director will be responsible for building and implementing a scalable, globally compliant HR strategy for a multinational team operating across multiple countries. This individual will play a key leadership role in aligning workforce planning with strategic business objectives, enhancing talent acquisition efforts, and fostering a thriving organizational culture.

Key responsibilities include :

Developing and executing a global HR strategy tailored to support rapid international growth

Establishing HR policies and procedures that are compliant with multiple jurisdictions

Leading recruitment processes to attract high-performing and motivated professionals

Driving strategic workforce planning aligned with long-term business goals

Designing and overseeing global HR initiatives and programs

Partnering with marketing teams to shape and promote the employer brand globally

Mentoring and empowering HR professionals across various regions

Developing competitive Compensation & Benefits frameworks to attract and retain top talent

Collaborating with legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws worldwide

Enhancing internal culture and employee well-being by promoting unity and engagement

Requirements :

University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in a senior HR role within a large international tech company or a fast-growing startup

Strong understanding of global HR practices and managing cultural diversity

Demonstrated experience in shaping HR strategies at a regional or global level

Effective communicator and mentor with strategic insight and a people-oriented leadership style

Background in the tech or banking industry, ideally with experience managing multi-site teams
