In our HR GAES team we are currently looking for an HR People Partner dedicated to field organization population.
Mission of the position:
Advise and coach managers in the field to drive workforce performance, providing front line support in the areas of talent, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and change management. Deliver HR strategy, initiatives and programs to the field organization. Act as first point of contact for HR related inquiries from employees and managers in the field.
