What is The Role

We’re growing – and we’re looking for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Sales and Sales Support teams across EMEA. This role is a true partner to the business: coaching leaders, shaping organizational effectiveness, and driving people programs that directly impact growth and success.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Act as a strategic partner to leaders on all aspects of people and organizational effectiveness, from leadership development to team dynamics and organizational change.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other key business partners to support broader organizational goals.
  • Partner with managers and employees to champion engagement, improve collaboration, and boost retention.
  • Use people metrics and insights to identify trends, recommend solutions, and enable managers to improve performance and employee experience.
  • Provide guidance on sophisticated people matters (e.g. performance management, employee lifecycle, enablement) in partnership with our Employee Success team.
  • Identify standard methodologies and efficiency opportunities and help us continually evolve as we scale.
  • Build a deep understanding of your client groups—their strategy, challenges, and business model—to proactively deliver impact.
  • Partners closely with and liaises with our HR Operations team, Legal, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to European labor laws, Works Councils and country-specific policies and regulations.
What You Bring
  • 5–8 years’ experience in HR Business Partnering or similar, with proven success resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Broad HR expertise across compensation, performance, org design, diversity, labor relations, and employment law (experience with works councils is a plus).
  • Experience in global, high-growth SaaS organizations, ideally supporting Sales or Go-to-Market functions.
  • A strategic problem solver who can also dive into detail when needed.
  • Demonstrable track record to influence, coach, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, adapting your style to your audience.
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
