Overview

Expert SAP Basis Consultant required to support our client's ongoing SAP landscape. This long-term contract role (minimum 12 months) is fully remote, though candidates must be based in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining complex SAP system landscapes, including ECC, S / 4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, PI / PO, Fiori, etc.
• Performing in-depth system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system efficiency.
• Executing advanced SAP system installations, upgrades, support packages, and kernel upgrades with minimal downtime.
• Managing transports and system copies efficiently to maintain data integrity.
• Ensuring database administration and optimization for HANA, Oracle, SQL, etc., to meet business requirements.
• Maintaining robust system security, roles, and authorizations in collaboration with SAP Security teams.
• Supporting high availability and disaster recovery setups to minimize potential losses.
• Coordinating closely with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and seamless communication.
