A global healthcare services provider in Madrid is seeking a professional to develop and manage long-term partnerships with key clients. The role involves leading structured discussions, negotiating agreements, and expanding collaborations across departments. Ideal candidates will have B2B services experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries, and be comfortable with complex discussions. Your mission

Your mission is to :

  • develop our top healthcare and life sciences accounts into structured, long‑term partnerships
  • create stable and predictable collaboration models
  • support sustainable expansion while protecting value and margins

This role is about building relationships that last, while holding clear commercial ground.

What you will focus on
Client structure and cadence
  • Set up and lead regular, well‑prepared client touchpoints
  • run structured discussions around performance, volumes, priorities and future needs
  • act as the main senior commercial contact for a defined group of key accounts
Commercial frameworks and negotiation
  • design, lead and defend framework and preferred supplier agreements
  • define pricing structures, volume models and commercial commitments
  • negotiate firmly with procurement and senior stakeholders when required
  • hold clear positions on scope, pricing and responsibilities
  • align closely with operations and leadership to ensure all agreements are realistic and sustainable
Expansion within existing clients
  • understand how each client organization is structured
  • identify new teams, geographies and document streams
  • expand collaboration thoughtfully across departments and regions
Who you are

This role will suit you if you :

  • have several years of experience in B2 B services
  • ideally have experience in healthcare, life sciences or other regulated industries
  • are comfortable with structured and sometimes complex commercial discussions
  • are confident leading negotiations with procurement and senior stakeholders
