Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales leader ready to take on the challenge of leading and scaling a team in the fast-paced SaaS industry? As our Head of Sales in Spain you will be a key player in developing and executing sales strategies with the Country Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. This role is a perfect blend of leadership, strategy and execution requiring a deep understanding of the SaaS industry and a proven track record in sales management.
You’ll be responsible for leading, mentoring and motivating a large sales team across multiple functions including Inside Sales, Field Sales and Sales Development. You’ll not only be focused on achieving and exceeding sales goals but also on fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
