Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales leader ready to take on the challenge of leading and scaling a team in the fast-paced SaaS industry? As our Head of Sales in Spain you will be a key player in developing and executing sales strategies with the Country Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. This role is a perfect blend of leadership, strategy and execution requiring a deep understanding of the SaaS industry and a proven track record in sales management.

You’ll be responsible for leading, mentoring and motivating a large sales team across multiple functions including Inside Sales, Field Sales and Sales Development. You’ll not only be focused on achieving and exceeding sales goals but also on fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment. If you’re excited by the prospect of owning the sales budget, preparing sales forecasts and collaborating with marketing, product and customer success teams to enhance the sales process then you’ll thrive at Booksy.

Requirements
  • Extensive and proven experience in this role previously within the SaaS / Marketplace industry (scale up).
  • Proven experience in managing and scaling field sales operations.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and people management experience having led teams of 40 sales representatives across multiple sales channels (field sales, inside sales, SDR, outbound sales) with a track record of building high-performing and scalable sales organizations.
  • Strong ability to use data and analytical skills to drive your strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • A highly motivated results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
