• 5+ years in Support with 3+ in lead role.
• Experience in IT products handling 500–3000 tickets weekly.
• Fluent in English and Russian.

Responsabilidades

• Manage SLA, SLO, and service metrics.
• Hire, train, and develop support specialists.

5+ years in Support or related functions

Experience launching/scaling support functions

Experience managing L1–L2 teams
