Overview

Industry: Sports Technology

Tria has partnered with a global leader in Sports Technology to hire a Head of Customer Success. This is a key leadership role within the business and presents an opportunity to grow the customer success and Account Management function globally.

As part of this brand-new role, you will lead a customer success team based across different locations in Europe and North America and coordinate the global activity of the customer success managers. You will also establish standardised ways of working and processes across the team.

The position is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the EU. This is a great opportunity to join a global market leader in sports technology and to shape and grow the company’s Customer Success department with excellent opportunities for advancement.
