- As Head of Commercial Strategy
- You are directly reporting to the Sourcing Excellence Director
- You are a cornerstone of the Sourcing Excellence Central Organization, working to improve Group Commercial Methodologies, Processes & Tooling
- You are responsible for defining Commercial, Pricing & Offer Management strategy & methodologies to drive sustainable & profitable growth.
- You manage a team of Project Managers & Business Process Owners
TASKS
Key activities to carry out in order in the frame of your mission areMANAGE STRATEGIC COMMERCIAL PRIORITIES FOR A PROFITABLE GROWTH
Drive consistent growth by identifying, proposing & implementing new commercial methodologies and strategiesManage Commercial & Pricing strategic projects, assess their business cases & prioritize based on value for Veepee, Brands & MembersBe the guardian of competitiveness & profitability by setting pricing and shipping fees guidelines & methodologySet up Commercial & Pricing key objectives & KPIs to measure impact on business performanceLEVERAGE OUR DATA TREASURE FOR DATA-DRIVEN DECISIONS
Manage & collaborate with Data Team, to leverage all relevant data sources to monitor commercial & pricingactivitiesMONITOR DESIGN OF EFFICIENT PROCESSES & TOOLING
Propose efficient processes & tool to sourcing teams to guarantee a smooth commercial process, also in line with compliance requirementsAccompany Change Management & Track adoptionMANAGE TEAM GROWTH & ENGAGEMENT
Organise and prioritise work of your teamSize workload, manage recruitment & ensure workload is well distributedBe responsible for the development and cohesion of your teamTrain and develop the skills of your teamREQUIRED SKILLS
At least +8 years of professional experience in a Sales department, or in Consulting, with the following skills :Masters degree (business administration, finance, engineering, or similar)Previous role in Marketing & Sales, finance or strategic consulting highly preferredExperience in Advanced Project Management, involving Problem solving & strategic thinkingAbility to work collaboratively & navigate within a complex matrix organizationFormer experience in managing a teamComfortable & Impactful Communication skills manage to collaborate & influence all levers Exco to Operational, positively managing the changeEmpathy & Human RelationshipExcellent analytical Skills, knowledge & ability to derive data-driven business insightsComputer skills highly proficient using financial analysis tools such as Excel, SQL is a plus.Fluent business English.TEAM, WHO WE ARE ?
