We are seeking a Token Operations Specialist to manage the operational processes behind token issuance, distribution, and lifecycle management across the Local Token Exchange ecosystem. This full-time remote role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, compliance, and partnership teams, as well as external partners such as exchanges, wallets, and liquidity providers.

You will ensure tokens are deployed effectively, integrated across multiple blockchain networks, and managed throughout their full lifecycle. 2 or more years of experience in tokenomics, token management, DeFi operations, or a related blockchain role.

Competitive salary range of 90k to 150k USD, with performance-based bonuses.

Fully remote position based in Spain

Hands on experience in token operations, liquidity management, and DeFi strategy.
