Our client is an early-stage, AI-powered EdTech start-up on a mission to fix one of education’s biggest global challenges: maths outcomes. Their platform acts like a private tutor for students and a teaching assistant for teachers – already trusted by leading international schools in Europe and backed by recent funding.

They’re now looking for their first dedicated sales hire. This is a chance to join at ground level, build the sales playbook, and shape the company’s growth trajectory across the UK and Europe.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive outbound sales with UK schools, British international schools, and multi-academy trusts.
  • Own the sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting → pitching → closing → onboarding.
  • Build relationships with school leaders and decision-makers.
  • Represent the business at UK & international EdTech conferences.
  • Work directly with the founders to shape product and go-to-market strategy.
Who You Are
  • 1–3+ years’ experience in sales (SaaS, EdTech, or education solutions preferred).
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders in schools or education groups.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – self-starter who thrives in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
  • Spanish/English bilingual a plus, but not essential for strong UK-based candidates.
  • Above all, motivated by impact and excited to grow with a high-potential start-up.
