Position: Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer / Campaign Manager / Strategist
Location: Remote (Location Flexible) - EST working hours
Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EAST

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented GTM Engineer to drive the technical execution of client campaigns. This role owns targeting, copywriting, sequencing, deliverability, experimentation, and reporting, ensuring each campaign is optimized to deliver results.
Your Responsibilities
- Targeting & ICP Development
- Translate client goals into a targeting matrix
- Build, enrich, and maintain high‑quality prospect lists
- Apply suppression rules to maintain clean, compliant targeting
- Cold Email Copy & Messaging
- Write and refine cold email copy (subject lines, openers, CTAs, bumps)
- Develop multi‑angle narratives: ROI‑driven compliance‑driven social proof, competitive wedge, etc.
- Implement personalization at scale (snippets, dynamic variables, micro‑references)
- Sequencing & Execution
- Design multi‑touch sequences with proper cadence, volume safeguards, and reply‑handling paths
- Ensure smooth handoff to client SDR/AE teams for qualified replies
- Deliverability & Infrastructure
- Configure and manage sending domains (DNS: SPF, DKIM, DMARC), mailboxes, and warm‑ups
- Proactively monitor bounce/spam rates and inbox placement
- Implement remediation strategies to keep deliverability green at all times
- Experimentation & Optimization
- Run structured A/B/n tests across subject lines, hooks, CTAs, and timing
- Maintain an experiment backlog and roll proven winners into playbooks
- Document learnings to standardize outbound best practices
- Client Communication
- Present performance tests and next steps in weekly client meetings with Relationship Managers
- Provide Slack/Intercom updates: key metrics, experiments, and recommendations
- Act as the technical POC for campaign‑related client questions
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs: opens, reply rates (positive/neutral/objection), meetings booked, deliverability health
- Provide weekly performance reports inside HubSpot and client Slack
- Surface objection/reply trends and market insights to inform broader GTM strategy
- Pod & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work within a pod structure (1 CSM, 2 GTMs, 20‑25 clients per pod)
- Align campaigns with CSMs to support retention and renewal strategies
- Collaborate with Product/Leadership to feedback market insights
Requirements
- 25 years running outbound/cold email campaigns or B2B growth ops
- Experience scaling campaigns to 10k‑100k emails per month
- Proven ability to improve reply and meeting rates through copy and targeting iteration
- Hands‑on with tools like Instantly, Clays, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive
- Strong grasp of deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC warm‑up reputation)
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, able to explain campaign choices clearly to clients
- Analytical, process‑driven mindset: comfortable turning data into actionable improvements
- Formal academic credentials are not required
