A global leader in airport services is looking for a Global Rewards Specialist in Madrid (Hybrid). The role entails supporting the Global Rewards team with data management, project tracking, and communication across regions. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Finance, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in HRIS systems and data analysis. Excellent communication skills in English are required.

The Global Rewards Specialist supports the Global Rewards COE, focused on operational tasks, data preparation/management, reporting and tracking of all projects to be developed by Global Rewards. They also provide support and guidance to the Regions in tasks requested by Global Rewards, acting as a trusted reference.
