Formación

Job Summary

The Global Lead Manufacturing & Supply Chain Platforms & Services will oversee the strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence of manufacturing and supply chain platforms and applications globally. This role focuses on platform integration, digital transformation, team leadership, vendor management, and aligning solutions with organizational goals and industry standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for manufacturing and supply chain platforms in collaboration with stakeholder teams.
  • Manage governance and operations across regions and departments.
  • Lead teams to deliver high-quality platform services and support.
  • Oversee platform integration and process optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, and innovation.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to measure success.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Lead project delivery ensuring timely completion.
  • Leverage technology for process optimization.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.

Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years in project delivery, application management, or IT services within a multinational organization, with skills in strategic planning, finance, and leadership.
  • Experience with Manufacturing & Supply Chain Centers of Excellence is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with business-to-technical translation ability.
  • Experience managing global projects and diverse teams.
  • Proficiency with relevant software tools and platforms.

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Expertise in key manufacturing and supply chain products (e.g., Körber MES, Kinaxis).
  • Certifications in project management (Agile, ITIL, Prince2, PMI) are advantageous.
  • Experience with Agile/DevOps and relevant certifications preferred.
