Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Develop and execute strategies to build, structure, and grow our IT operations team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through mentoring, clear objectives, and training plans.
  • Manage team resources to ensure optimal performance and adaptability.
  • Process Optimization
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success.
  • Critical Incident Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-impact incidents and develop effective resolution strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate incident status and provide timely updates.
  • Performance Management
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure team performance and individual contributions.
  • Analyze trends and data to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Technology & Automation
  • Explore emerging technologies and identify opportunities to leverage automation and innovation.
  • Develop and implement plans to integrate new technologies and tools into our existing infrastructure.
  • Audit & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to support compliance and risk management.

  • Promote a customer-centric approach to IT service delivery.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
