About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join Galderma asGlobal Head of ESO Operational Excellence. In this global role, you will embed a culture of continuous improvement across our External Supply Operations (ESO), lead complex transformation projects, and drive operational performance through Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies.

You will be responsible for building capability, driving value creation, and establishing a strong performance management framework across the end-to-end ESO network and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embed a continuous improvement and problem-solving culture across ESO operations
  • Lead global transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, Hoshin Kanri, and other strategic methodologies
  • Deliver Lean Six Sigma belt training and build operational excellence capability across teams
  • Define and implement global performance management KPIs for ESO
  • Drive value creation projects and process optimization across the ESO network
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across global teams
  • Support stakeholders in identifying and implementing targeted improvement opportunities
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs to build internal capabilities
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and track benefits through KPI movement and financial impact
  • Foster an active learning environment and continuous development culture
What We’re Looking For
  • University degree inPharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Beltpreferred
  • 10+ yearsof experience applying improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Shingo, etc.)
  • Hands-on production experience in a leadership role
  • Experience inpharmaceutical or external supply environmentsis a strong advantage
  • Proven track record of leading complex global projects
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Proficient in statistical software (e.g.,Minitab, JMP) and digital productivity tools (e.g.,Power BI, Mural)
  • Fluent inEnglish; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel (approx.20–30%)
