A leading company in the beauty industry in Barcelona seeks an experienced Demand Planner. Responsibilities include leading the Global Sales and Operations Planning Process and coordinating product forecasts. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in demand planning or related supply chain roles, preferably within the cosmetics sector, and be fluent in English and Spanish. To lead and develop the Global Sales and Operations Planning process for a perfume brand. To ensure that the total forecast for all the products is available on time with enough accuracy to ensure service level, optimized inventory levels and optimal cost. To consolidate and challenge the forecast from all the markets and to detect the risk and opportunities vs the budget, ensuring the consistency between the demand plan and the business figures. To provide inputs to the Strategic Sales and Operations Planning process.
