An international compliance organization is seeking a Global Compliance Lead to oversee validation excellence across digital solutions. In this pivotal role based in Spain, you will define global strategies and ensure regulatory integrity while managing compliance in manufacturing and laboratory environments. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of validation experience, strong knowledge of GMP, and excellent leadership skills. This role offers a contract of 12+ months with remote working options.

Formación

• 10+ years of validation management experience across relevant fields.
• Proven expertise with MES, LIMS, SDC, WMS, ERP validation.
• Experience in leading international, multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Harmonize critical quality topics related to compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end data flows and ensure robust controls.
• Define and execute global validation master plans.
